Versa suddenly started showing wrong timing . Data also stopped syncing in iphone.Thedevice was removed from mobile setting which was shutdown and restarted. Fitbit app was deleted/ reloaded on iphone. Versa was also shut down and put on factory resting. Versa has thereafter only displayed its logo. After putting Versa on the charger as per direction the watch is not synchronizing with iphone even after repeated attempts. Not able to contact any Fitbit customer care .Kindly help.
