Hi @Tiullette - a factory reset can fail but try the following.

Place on charge that may wake it.

After 30 minutes remove it and hold the button for at least 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

If neither work the factory reset failed. If you decide to replace it your closest option with good HR is a Versa 2, watches after that may not have all the options, clocks and apps you had.

Hi there, @Tiullette. Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa.

Have you tried restarting your watch as @Guy_ suggested?

To better assist you, may I know if your Versa is vibrating when you place it on the charger? If it isn't, it seems that the Factory Reset drained the battery but also looks like it may not be charging properly, therefore, it does not turn on. With that being said, I recommend that you follow these steps:

  • Clean the charging contacts on the back of your watch using the instructions in How do I clean my Fitbit device?
  • If the error "insufficient power source" appears on your device's screen, remove other devices plugged in to your power source, or plug your device in to another source.
  • Try a different USB port or a UL-certified wall charger.
  • Check the alignment and try reconnecting your device to the charging cable. For more information, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
