This must be a known issue. I've gone through the airport walk thru Scanner with my Fitbit Charge 3  many times nd it works fine, but this last time I put it in my luggage and that scanner ruined my Fit Bit... it no longer holds a charge for more than a couple of hours and the heartbeat is way off. They are two totally different scanners.
