My Fitbit has stopped working after swimming. I bought it from Amazon, but its past the amazon return period. It's supposed to be able to swim with so what do I do now?

Hi @Kittaly, welcome to the Fitbit Community! I'll be glad to help you out.
In this case, I suggest that you try restarting your Versa as described in this help article. After you have performed the restart, charge it for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life. Please take a look at this help article since it has a few suggestions that can help you charge your Versa.
Let me know if it worked!
Thank you for your help @NellyG!

Mine is the same. I am on my third one now. Every time I go swimming the screen dies. This must be a common fault which Fitbit do not fix, I am in two minds whether to get another or just change brands...

Hello - I have tried everything you suggested. It has quite obviously stopped working because I swam with it. It's supposed to be "waterproof" so what do I do now?
