Versa stopped working after swimming

Do not wear it while swimming. Even though it has swim tracking, the watch is not waterproof. Wore it while swimming a couple of times and then in the middle of a swim it just died and won't work. Fitbit will not help replace it due to "liquid damage waives the warranty" even though it has swim tracking built into it. Absolute waste of money for a product I have had less than a year. I would say thanks a lot Fitbit for the 25% discount on a new product for the trouble, but I am never buying your product again.
