Versa stopped working after swimming

We went swimming in our pool for about 20 minutes. We got out & my Versa fitbit is fine but my Hubby’s won’t do anything. I’ve tried : charging. Holding down All of the buttons. Holding down left & bottom right. Pushed  Reset button on back. Nothing happens. It’s like it just died. If I put it on charge it gets hot. Any ideas? Please help! We have purchased 4 versa  Fitbit’s now & this is the only one that has an issue!

Hi there @Amy2299, it's nice to see you around the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your husband's Versa has stopped working after swimming. I appreciate your time and efforts in trying to fix his watch prior to posting here.

When a tracker suffers damage while under warranty, you can contact Customer Support. Discounts and replacements depend on tracker model and other factors.
