Had over 30% battery when I went swimming, chose my exercise and started my swim. When I went to check my stats approx 30 mins later watch was off. Now won't come on, charge or reset. Tried using rubbing alcohol to clean as told by support, still won't do anything. Only has the versa approx 13 months. Had a charge first which I had to send back for repair after few months, then it was replaced, then replacement broke so they replaced it with a a different tracker. This now seems to be a common problem with fitbit, the watches aren't cheap and I'm now thinking of changing to a different brand.

@MarreFitbit Please can you chase up the support team. I have had no acknowledgement or response from my email reply to them. My watch still won't charge or reset, I've been without it over a week now. I'm really unhappy that after only having it 13 months its now not working. This has happened with other models of fitbits I've had. They're not cheap trackers and tbh I'm now considering moving to another brand as feel Fitbit is unreliable
