Good day,
I took a swim yesterday and since then my device is unresponsive.
The red light was flashing vigorously for some time before the device restated itself a few times.
I managed to get it to work but this morning the device is totally unresponsive. I have tried to restart it. I have tried to charge it. There is no visible water damage or condensation.
Please advise me on what to do.

Hello there @Ingedamaske, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for troubleshooting your Versa prior to posting here.
Did you feel any sort of vibration on your watch during the restart process? If you didn't, please try the steps below:
Clean the charging contacts on the back of your device and the pins on your charging cable using the instructions in How do I clean my Fitbit device?
If the above steps don't work, at this point I recommend doing a factory reset on your Versa (before doing so, make sure to remove your watch from your Fitbit account):
Take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account, your applications, alarms, etc.
