Hi.
I used my Fitbit whilst swimming which I've always done but this week it just stopped working. This is unacceptable as the watch is suppose to be waterproof. I would like assistance in repairing it or a new watch. This is not a cheap product and I bought it because of the main feature of being waterproof.

Hi @FitbitUser116 which device? You posted in the Android area, but you didn't say which Fitbit you have. I can move your post to the proper area. Just so you know, there are no repairs for these devices.

Hi. Apologies for that. I am using the Fitbit Versa. I contacted the customer support agents and they asked me to try leaving it on charge for 30 minutes. If no improvement I will contact them again.

I'll move it to the Other Versa Smartwatches forum area.

Hi @FitbitUser116, welcome on board. @Odyssey13 Thanks for your great help!
@FitbitUser116 Thanks for bringing this to our attention, and for contacting our Support team prior to posting. Our team constantly works to improve our devices and services, and the input we receive from our members is a big part of the process. I'm sorry you've had this experience with your Versa and please know this feedback won't go unnoticed.
Aside of the suggestions shared by our team, I'd also recommend making sure your Versa is dried well and trying the steps described here. However, if the issue persists afterwards, my best advice is to get in touch with our team one more time to see what can be done to help you out. Please use this link to get connected with them via chat or phone.
