Hi

I went swimming with Fitbit on. Now it's completely dead. I thought it was the battery but it won't charge. Does anyone know what I can do to get Fitbit working again. It seems from other comment I read that customers are being lied to: Fitbit has issues with water!

Well, I've not been helped. It seems the Fitbit products are not water resistant as advertised, judging by the online reviews. Isn't it time customers were told that swimming activity was a mere marketing ploy because the watch won't function after a swim.
