My versa wont restart after swimming! I think I need to do the factory reset, but I’m scared I will lose all my synced data. I’m on a 287 day step streak and really don’t want to lose my steps! Help! 😭😭

I had the same problem. Ended up having to replace my fitbit.if yo have a warranty they will replace it for free
