Hey guys,
today I was swimming with my Versa. Afterwards she was acting crazy because once she turned completely off and then she lightened up with the Fitbit symbol. But I can’t connect with my phone and I can’t switch between the different Apps on the Versa …. It just happend today … what else can I do? I just don’t want to buy a new one 💔

Versa 2 is NOT waterproof. Mine died after water aerobics. It was only 3 months old. So far no response from Fitbit on replacement or refund.

Support is basically useless. If it's under warranty they may send you a new one if not you're out of luck. Same thing happened to my wife's watch, it started to go into endless reboots. Contacted support the reply was "We're sorry your watch is not under warranty" They sent me a 35% discount to buy a new watch, problem is when I go to use it I get the "This code is invalid." The difference between water resistant and water proof is that the former doesn't want to get wet but it will. Don't use these watches under water!
Long story short, I removed the face of the watch (YouTube) and the inside was wet. Dried it off and it seems to be working fine.

This happened mine also, disappointed by customer support. The only option is to buy a new watch with a discount code, even though the watch is advertised as water proof to 50m. I would prefer a repair but no offer of repair.

There's a YouTube video on how to disassemble this watch. It's fairly straight forward and easy, just be careful. I did this and found moisture in the watch, once dried it seems to be working fine. Resealed the watch face and just waiting for it to dry and my wife is back in business.
Good luck!
