I purchased my Versa 11 months ago. This morning I woke up and it wouldn't do anything. I have push the select and back button to see if I can start it up. Nothing. I had put it on the charger and it is not charging at all. I have cleaned the charger and the back of the Fitbit quite a bit over the last few weeks because I've noticed that when I put it onto the charger it doesn't connect and charge. The Fitbit has been losing charge faster and I'm having to recharge it more frequently. Wednesday night it did not even track my sleep thought did Thursday night. I have looked and try several things but can't seem to solve the issue.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your Fitbit Versa which you purchased 11 months ago wouldn't do anything. I appreciate your troubleshooting efforts and letting me know that you've been having issues with the battery drain and tracking sleep previously.
