My Fitbit just stopped working yesterday. I had plugged it on the charger the night before. I thought well maybe it’s just the charger. I cleaned the Fitbit up and ran to wal Mart to buy a new charger this morning. Still nothing. I have read to hold the buttons down for 10 seconds. Still nothing... well It’ll light up the blue icon on the charger a second then shut off. I’m heartbroken my father bought this for me for before he passed away in 2019. I have taken great care of it and I just don’t understand why it’s not working. Someone please help! 😢

I know, very sad, thats not a good place to be - I suggest its best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you get up and running with less frustration. I hope so.
