My Versa stopped working yesterday. I eventually restarted it by holding the left and bottom right buttons, but it would flash random screens and send repeated alerts. The buttons were no longer responsive so I put it into the charger and charged it back up to 99%. It was not flashing random screens any longer but the buttons still weren’t responsive, so I tried to see if there was anything I could do using the Fitbit app. There was nothing I could see that would affect the Fitbit from the app except to change faces. I tried that but it didn’t work. I put it back into the charger and after a couple of minutes it got very hot, so I took it out and tried to restart it. Nothing. I tried a factory reset, holding all three buttons for over 3 minutes. Still nothing.
Help.
