Has anyone else had a Versa that worked great all year and then when the warranty was up (I’m literally on day 364), it started to go crazy (screen turning on and off every couple seconds and vibrating every couple seconds)?!?? I’m so bugged.

Hi @momof5littles, it's nice to see you again in our Community Forums.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your Fitbit Versa stopped working properly one day before 1 year warranty ends. Thank you for sharing the details of the issue. I totally understand how you are feeling and I am here to help you. I recommend restarting your device by following these steps: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

If possible, please try to turn off the device: On your watch, open the Settings app > About > Shutdown > confirm the shutdown. Wait a few minutes and then turn your watch back on by pressing the back button.

Keep me posted on the outcome!

It may be too late but you should contact customer support ASAP as long as your watch is under the warranty. I don't understand why the moderator here didn't open the case for you with the customer support so you won't be told that your watch is out of warranty when you contact them. Fitbit seems to be very strict about the warranty and refunds policy.

Fitbit was unable to help me troubleshoot what was going on with my Versa. In fact, the ONLY thing they offered as help was telling me how to re-set it...which I had already done. I wanted to know why my watch was constantly vibrating and flashing and how to prevent it from happening again. But no one addressed the actual issue. They did graciously offer to replace my Fitbit, which I am thankful for. But maybe it doesn’t need to be replaced, maybe it just needed an actual fix?? What do I do if that happens again or starts to happen more frequently?
