That is exactly what happened to me! It'd briefly show 0% battery, even
though I'd recently charged it. I suggest you contact customer service.

I contacted Fitbit Customer Services, who have agreed to sending me a new Fitbit Versa. This will be my third Fitbit Versa, last one only lasted 5 weeks. So I hope that it is third time lucky! I really enjoy the device, when it is working.

Hi Brian

 

I've had an email to say Fitbit are sending me a new Versa...this will be my second replacement since I bought the Versa in January...so three Versas in total... I too LOVE it, but such a shame they go wrong.  I hope Fitbit can sort out the problems within my 12 month Fitbit guarantee as I noted someone in the forum said it stops after the 12 months.  Best wishes  Judy
