Hi Brian
I've had an email to say Fitbit are sending me a new Versa...this will be my second replacement since I bought the Versa in January...so three Versas in total... I too LOVE it, but such a shame they go wrong. I hope Fitbit can sort out the problems within my 12 month Fitbit guarantee as I noted someone in the forum said it stops after the 12 months.
