My FitBit worked until this afternoon and now the screen is completely black, the lights at the back are off, neither red or green. I've tried to reset it but nothing has happened, it's been on charge for over an hour and still nothing. The battery percentage showed at 77% half an hour before I noticed the screen was black. Can anyone help me?

is it a glitch or is my Versa dead? (it is 3 years old btw)

I’m having a similar problem...though mine is showing the blue fitbit logo and has been since this afternoon. I’ve tried to reset and charge and nothing changes.
