Versa stopped working the middle of night

My Fitbit stopped working the middle of night.   It had 64 percent left on it when I went to bed.  I've put it on the charger and nothing happened,   I've tired to hold the left and bottom right button as well as all three.   I've had this watch for less than a year

Same thing happened to me. I'm chatting with them now about it. Looks like it's happened to a few folks lately.

Interesting. Let me know if there's a solution. The only thing I can
think of is to replace the fitbit, but how does one go about it?

Mine stopped as well after 5 months. I chatted with customer service and they suggested to send my device to them for the replacement. I will update once I get the replacement.
