The screen on my versa has been playing up for a few days. Yesterday it showed the Fitbit logo continually but worked after a reset. This morning I can’t get anything at all. Nothing now works on the screen even when it’s charging. It’s only 6 months old. Can anyone please help?

Hi, this seems a hardware issue, I would advice you to contact Customer Support.

Hi, mine is doing the same thing. It has turned itself off the last few days, i did an update last night and now it won't stay on at all. Is this a hardware issue or software? I have done all the resets, it is a fitbit clock face...and now it does nothing but constantly turn off. Please fitbit tell us if it is your current system updates or else i will be asking for a replacement.
