Versa stopped wroking

Versa needs to be fixed. features aren't working and it sticks. Where can I take it

Hi there, @morganapril004. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for sharing the details about the issue with your Versa. I understand where your concern is coming from. 

As a first approach, please follow @SteveH's suggestion. If you're experiencing any of the following issues, the restart will be definitely of help:

 

  • Won't sync
  • Won't respond to taps, swipes, or button press
  • Won't track steps or other data
  • Won't show notifications or reminders

Restarting your device turns it off and on without deleting any activity data.

If you continue having issues with your watch after the restart, please let us know the issues you're experiencing so we can address your concerns accordingly.

Fitbit do not have repair centres I'm sorry to say. It's worth trying a restart of your Versa as this can sort out all sorts of issues. Instructions are in Help article: How do I restart my tracker?

 

If that doesn't help then it's probably best to contact customer support via contact.fitbit.com If they can't fix it then they can check your warranty status and advise on your replacement options.
