After charging my versa, I have to sync it everytime. Which is t really a big deal. I sync it monday morning then by Wednesday it stops syncing. Its so frustrating. It never use to do this. I have reset the app and checked the Bluetooth. Please help, it's annoying.

I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa has to be synced constantly and it stops syncing all of a sudden. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I'd like to know what is the brand and model of your phone.
In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, monitor the syncing function during the next 48 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
