Stops tracking run after .5 mile. Can’t get start arrow off of main screen. Very disappointing as this was purchased specifically as a run assistant. Charge was a solid piece...this thing is crap.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Jbrayf.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the issue you're experiencing with your Fitbit Versa which stops tracking run after .5 mile. I totally understand how you are feeling and I am here to help you. If you haven't done so, I'd like you to restart your watch as described in this help article. This will refresh your Versa internally. Please monitor your device after that and let me know if the issue gets fixed.

If the issue persists, please confirm if you're using the Exercise app for the run and if you're using GPS. For more information about tracking your workouts, please see this help article: How do I track my workouts with my Fitbit device?

If you would like to manually log your exercise, please find the steps here

Keep me posted!
