Versa strap warranty

Hi how long is the warranty on the versa strap. I bought my versa from Costco around December 2018 and it has now cracked. I have had to glue it to keep it going. Is it covered and if so how do I get a replacement?

Amazon sell some cracking, wacky & attractive 3rd party bands for Versa.

 

I like these. £10 for 3. Many varied & assorted colours to chose from. Silicone - lots holes so your skin can breath, very soft & flexible.

So am trying to file a claim. The form recognises uk but then asks me for state and only allows none, zip code and won’t accept my postcode, telephone number and doesnt accept my mobile so stuck on the claim as it won’t let me go any further.

thanks everyone. I have now had an email and sent a photo in if my strap. Extremely impressed with the speed of response. Fingers crossed it gets resolved. Thanks again again.
