Hi,

I have found that my watch Fitbit versa has ploblems playing music when in movement. The music track accelerate its pace and my bluetooth headset connection becomes intermittent. However, it works well playing music along with my headset when I am resting.  I would like to know if there is something I can do to fix it.

@Nasttaze Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned. Sorry for the delayed reply. 

 

It's pretty weird that when you're moving your Versa struggles to play music. I would like you to restart your watch and remove your headphones from your Versa's Bluetooth and then add it again. Could you let me know which headphones you're using?
