Versa stuck at 0% of charge

2 days ago my grandma gave me her old Fitbit versa because she had upgraded. So I took it and I charged it up to 100 and did a factory reset. Now all that shows is a 0% sign after a couple of hours leaving it off the charger.

This is exactly what’s happening to me. It just won’t charge. I’m getting nowhere. I don’t know what else to do.

I had the same issue, several years ago I tried all the suggestions, I finally resolved it by using an eraser on the back of the phone on the brass contacts. I then put my watch in the charger and it charged 100%, my watch continues to chg 100%... I hope this helps.

Hi @Ibryce - if you did a factory reset that may cause a problem but to know please post the exact symptoms and consult the post [and posts] prior to yours.

I had that same issue and tried everything, I ended up getting an eraser and really putting some elbow grease On the brass connectors in the back of the watch. This worked in the watch charged to 100%.

It continues to charge and that has been well over a year + the ago

Hi @Dimari44 - thanks for reposting, it was your post that was the prior one referred to, but useful to have it.
