Versa stuck in the Fitbit logo screen

I have followed all of the instructions to reset multiple times and it does not work out of nowhere the other day I saw it Flash and start to work I uninstalled the app reinstalled it did a complete new setup and was happy it was working within 3 hours it went straight back to the logo Fitbit and have not been able to do anything with it can someone please help. I also cannot imagine getting another Fitbit when I have no customer support no reason or understanding why this has happened since so many people.

Hi @DeliaFrye, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa is stuck in the Fitbit logo screen. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like you to try a factory reset. To do so on your device, follow the steps below:

 

  1. On the device, hold all three buttons for about 10 to 12 seconds. 
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears, quickly release the bottom right button, continuing to hold down the left and top right buttons (releasing the bottom right button as soon as the logo disappears is time sensitive). 
  3. When the device vibrates, release all buttons. 
  4. Wait for approximately 1-2 minutes while the device clears all data. Eventually, the Fitbit logo appears and the device boots and displays Fitbit.com/setup.
  5. Set up your watch from scratch again and see if the issue gets fixed

I have tried factory reset. It restarts back to logo screen and continues to cycle through the languages.
