I see that there is a new Versa update, but when I check my device, it's still on 32.32.10.15 which I see is from May and 3-4 releases ago. I've tried these steps of unconnecting and reconnecting the device from the Android app and Bluetooth. It seems to connect to Wi-fi, but not find the update. I haven't reset the device yet, but I'm open to it as a last resort. Is this my next step?

Hi, when you have no message in your Fitbit app that there is a new release for your Versa, the new version is not avalaible for you at this very moment. Check your fitbit app regularly for this message and be patient. The new version is rolled out cautiously in order to prevent to deliver a version with major problems. Do not try to DL it in another way, otherwise you will run into a lot of problems syncing your Versa with your Mobile app. Good luck.

No, sometimes it just skippes an update. I have .19 but not info yet about updating to .30. Agai, just be patient, your Fitbit app will inform you about a new release, which will be, as I expect, version .30. Good luck.
