Versa stuck on Fitbit logo forever

Hi, 

Hope you all are doing good! 

I am using fitbit versa, from past 7 months I am unable to use it. 

When I put it for charge, after a couple of minutes the fitbit logo appears and it's stuck there forever.

Hi @Lavs 

I'm sorry to hear you are having a problem with your Versa. Have you tried restarting it, by holding down the button until the screen goes dark and the Fitbit logo appears? Often a restart will clear up any issues.

I did try, the logo disappeared but the device didn't on.
