After a month of keeping my versa ideal, it is not charging, now it shows only the fitbit logo and doesn't gets boot up. I don't know how to get it fixed, I tried all the method suggested by the fitbit help desk. I want to get it fixed anyhow.

Hi there, @Rishabh_21. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa before reaching out. @Guy_ Thank you so much for your  help!

Please note the issue you're having comes from performing a factory reset without first unpairing your Fitbit device from your Fitbit account and phone's Bluetooth settings. With that being said, I suggest following the steps below in the order listed:

  • Unpair your Versa from your phone's Bluetooth and also make sure it's no longer connect to your Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Versa again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa.

If you can't get started with your Versa, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

If you continue having issues with the battery, please see Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

Hi @Rishabh_21 - presumably you have restarted it How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Next step, in the Fitbit App see when it last connected and the charge at that time.

Try a different power source if it is not charging, but if the logo is the only thing showing it may not tell you if it is charging, but may actually be charging.

Try removing the Versa from the phone's Bluetooth, restart the phone and watch and in the Fitbit App, click profile photo and "+ Set up a device " and replace.
