Versa stuck on Fitbit logo

My fitbit versa is stuck on the logo screen since 2 week. It keep asking to setup.

I have upgraded the firmware multiple times and it goes to success, but device still shows logo and do not go beyond it.

I also tried restarting it, it doesn't work at all.

I have follow instruction to reset as well from below post but that also did not help.

Hi @jain1609 Have you tried to set it up again? What happens if you do that?

Hello there, @jain1609. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa before reaching out. @NellyG Thanks for your help!

Please note the issue you're having comes from performing a factory reset without first unpairing your Fitbit device from your Fitbit account and phone's Bluetooth settings. With that being said, I suggest following the steps below in the order listed:

  • Unpair your Versa from your phone's Bluetooth and also make sure it's no longer connect to your Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Versa again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa.

If you can't get started with your Versa, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

If you continue having difficulties to update your Fitbit device, see Why can't I update my Fitbit device?

Thank you @MarreFitbit  for response.

I tried your steps multiple times but that did not help.

I am stuck at same place. Watch show the logo and ask for download the app. The app shows the watch is not upto date and keep asking to update it.
