Versa stuck on Fitbit white logo

Hey all, I was wondering how to fix this problem. I was setting my versa up, and then it came up with the white fitbit logo. I thought it was updating, so, I left it to upload. I let it upload, but it was taking a long time so I decided to wait until tomorrow. So I let it upload through the night and it still is on the white logo! Please help!

@Exnok Welcome to our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel about the white screen with the Fitbit logo issue that your Fitbit Versa has experienced. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

Please restart your watch as described in this help article. After this, make sure that it's fully charged and see if the issue gets fixed.

Thanks for responding so soon!! I already tried that though.. And I tried it being on and off the charger, factory resetting it, and deleting and repairing to my Windows PC.
