Versa stuck on logo screen

I noticed my Versa started to act strange when it wasnt recording my sleep or sending me notifications during the day. Then this morning I woke up to the screen being stuck on the fitbit logo. Every now and then it will go black and then the logo will reappear. It wont let me turn off/on. I did put it on the charger and it charged. Not sure what to do now with the screen constantly on.

They ended up having to send me a new versa.

I went through every possible scenario suggested by the Fitbit support team, as well as things that I read here, and other things that I found on the Internet. My Fitbit versa was stuck in “fetching” screen. It would flash the screen on and off every second or so, and continued saying the word fetching. I deleted and downloaded the Fitbit app, I turned on and off the Bluetooth, and the wireless, I did a factory reset… Nothing was working  it would flash the screen on and off every second or so, and continued saying the word fetching. I deleted and downloaded the Fitbit app, I turned on and off the Bluetooth, and the wireless, I did a factory reset… Nothing was working. Then I decided to try to download another clockface and viola’ — it worked. Seems the clockface I was using was the problem! My Fitbit is now working, receiving texts, alerts, counting my steps etc.

mine is doing the same thing...bought in Dec 2018.  Normal usage and don't swim with it.  Quality product.  NOT!

Exact same thing happened to me! Customer support said it was a battery issue and sent me a new one.

I just pressed all 3 buttons simultaneously and it went back to normal.

Logo screen is gone now, briefly it showed 0% battery , now nothing , imagine the battery is dead as a dodo at this stage , won’t charge either, this is my 2nd Versa in less than a year . Started glitching the other day , had a feeling something wasn’t right , so annoyed as I’m signed up to 100 miles in August for charity , & my Versa is defunct

Mine is doing the same thing! I've had it for less then 5 months and its been acting up for the past few weeks like first every time I tried touching the screen it turned off,it turned black even when I changed the setting back to manual and not auto motion on and it still did it took me 5 mins thi even be able to get into the settings freon the watch itself every single time I touched it turned off instantly, NOW its an even worse problem I woke up a few days ago and it is stuck on the sleep mode I can't evan get my notifications I can't do anything I can't even into the calculator so its not instantly going black anymore it just doesn't do anything I can't even shut it of . I let the battery drain completely out and I charged it over night and it was ok the next morning well I was able to get the sleep mode off it still does the black out screen the second I touch it but at least I can't get my notifications but once again at night i put it on sleep mode and it's doing it again i can't even shut it off like wth i have to drain out the battery AGAIN like it's too much and don't know what to do about i . I saved up every penny I got to get thing and not even 5 months later this starts like wth. So upset

Mine is doing the same thing. This is my second Fitbit Versa Lite due to problems with the first one. I contacted support and they sent me the one I have now. Now I'm having issue with this one. I'm really disappointed in this product. I've tried resetting, I don't have three buttons on the Versa Lite, so I don't know how to factory reset. Please help. It's great when it works! Thanks!

Return it to the retailer & demand a new one. I went through 2 Versas & 1 Ionic , the Ionic I have know works perfectly ( fingers crossed) Now that Goggle owns Fitbit maybe they will work better !!

mine is a Fitbit Versa Lite and I can't hold the three buttons. What did you do with your Versa Lite?

I returned it to the retailer , they replaced it with another Versa, that broke down too, replaced & paid for an upgrade to an Ionic , that broke down too, replaced with another Ionic , working so far so good !!!
