I have tried everything as per customer service and help pages. My Versa is stuck on the logo screen and won't do anything. I have tried reseting the watch itself, removed devices from Bluetooth put phone on and off, Uninstaller the app and then downloading it again. The watch is stuffed and they are not will ing to help. Please don't tell me to do any of the above as I have and it doesn't work.
