My watch has a red X and said 'Data not cleared, Sync & Tried again'

 

How can I reset it?

Have a look at the advice given here

In the phones Bluetooth forget or unpair the device

 

In the phone Fitbit App

Click on profile photo [top left]

Device photo [middle left]

 

Restart the watch

Click + Set up a device

Follow the installation instructions
