Hi there, @drgsrao. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa.

Please note the message "Data not cleared, Sync & Try again" usually appears when you performed a factory reset without first unpairing your watch from your phone's Bluetooth settings.

With that being said, as @Guy_ has recommended, please confirm if you've followed the steps below to solve this issue:

  • Unpair your Versa from your phone's Bluetooth.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Versa again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa.

If you can't get started with your Versa, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Nevertheless, I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting. Please stay tuned to your inbox, someone will reach out to you soon.

See you around.

Hi @drgsrao - Try this without the italics step, if it doesn't work try with it.

  • Remove any entry for the watch from the phone's Bluetooth and
  • In the phone Fitbit App
  • Click on profile photo [top left]
  • If the device is still showing remove [by dustbin top right]
  • Click on  + Set up a Device
  • Follow the installation instructions
