Versa stuck on message "Data not cleared, Sync & Tried again"

I had to reset my versa watch, and unfortunately, I'm unable to connect with the versa again.
Now I'm constantly getting "Data not cleared and try again".
I have disconnected the watch from Bluetooth, restarted my phone in a span of 5 minutes, and tried reconnecting.
But, I'm unable to pair, now at all.
No matter how many times watch restarts, it doesn't budge away from the big "X" mark.

Details:
My android phone: One plus 7 pro.
Tried resetting my watch: yes, stuck there
Is it showing up in my phone/account: No
Am I able to pair it with my mobile/fitbit: No
Is it showing as an option to connect to my computer: No
Am I able to restart: Yes, but stuck with the big "X"

I have gone through the most forms to repeat the similar steps shared.
Any other tip would be appreciated. Who I can reach out to?

Hi there, @versaEnjoyer. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa is still not connecting to your phone. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

As you might have seen in other posts, the message you're receiving usually appears when you perform a factory reset without first unpairing your watch from your phone's Bluetooth settings.

With that being said, I'd like you to please make sure you've done (or try once again) the steps below in the order listed:

  • Unpair your Versa from your phone's Bluetooth.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Versa again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa.

If you can't get started with your Versa, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
