My versa last synced @2.34am today.

I went on a run and it connected to gps fine. Got home and it wouldn't sync to my phone.

There was an update and it wouldn't update either.

I have tried all troubleshooting tips and I'm now left with my watch unpaired from bluetooth which wont reconnect as it keeps saying an app is needed....which I have!!

I've uninstalled everything, reinstalled it, unpaired, logged out, restarted you name it!

HELP ME PLEASE!!

Hi there @Kirstylane123, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa before reaching out. I understand how you must be feeling.

As per the message on the watch's screen, it seems that your Versa is asking you to pair it.  So I'd suggest doing the following:

  • Check if by any chance your phone's Bluetooth shows the Versa as a connected device. If so, please unpair/remove it.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Setup your Versa again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa.

If you can't get started with your Versa, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Also, I'd like you to make sure that the mobile phone you're using is included here Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?

Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported and does not meet the require OS we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized for that device and any change could impact the performance.
