My versa has been losing about an hour overnight for a couple days and when I tried to sync it it gets stuck. I have restarted, both Fitbit and phone. I turned Bluetooth off then on, I have unpaired will not re-pair with phone so installed on my iPad still cannot be found. I went back to factory settings now it’s in the download the Fitbit app.

May I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here.
As per the message on the watch's screen, it seems that your Versa is asking to be paired. With that said, I'd suggest following the steps below:
If you can't get started with your Versa, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
