I had an account. My son wanted to take over the versa 2 and deleted my account on my iphone 13 and reseted the watch. Now after reseting and hard reseting nothing appears on my watch but please download the fitbit app first. Nothing works! I downloaded the fitbit app. I can’t recover my account and my iphone doesnt sync with the watch. Please help!

Hi @BOA70 - once the watch is returned to factory reset state it has to be setup again in a Fitbit app account.

As @Guy_ has mentioned, as per the message on the watch's screen, it sounds like the Fitbit device is asking to be paired. With that said, I'd suggest following the steps below:
If you can't get started with your Versa, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
