i had to factory resart my Fitbit and i deleted the app the app of course is working now but the fit bit is stuck on the main screen for restarting i even started a new account and it said it cant find fit bit so now i cant use it at all nothing is working how to i get my Fitbit to start working again

Hi, after a Factory Reset the Versa behaves like it is brand new and never has been bought, let alone setup by it's new owner. So, you have to setup your Versa to your phone all over again to get it working with your phone. See also this article about Factory Reset and Setting it up again.
