Versa stuck saying download the Fitbit app

Tried to update Versa but kept failing on Wi-fi and blue tooth even whilst fully charged and in charging unit.

Have deleted the Fitbit app and reinstalled it.

Have switched Versa on and off using the left side and right bottom buttons.

Have removed fit bit from the app and added it as a new one again.

Don’t know how to get into settings!

Help!

Hi @Nixnt, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the connection issue that your Versa is experiencing with your phone, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you will be back on track soon.
