Versa suddenly counted floors as I took a lift up in my usual route

Hi!

Not sure if anyone notices that the versa is behaving oddly after the OS update. Mine counted 4 floors when I took a lift up to level 4. It did not register that in the previous OS version which I thought was more accurate. Is it a bug in this OS update or not... any advise appreciated!

Hi, sometimes a Fitbit device (whether it be Ionic, Charge or the like) recognizes an elevator trip as stairs cause off the up/downward movement you're making. Also did that in the older FM versions. The reverse is also possible: you're climbing stairs and the warch does not count them. Although Fitbit watches are, IMO, very reliable, there is no 100% certainty.
