I noticed that the step count was not accurate so I restarted my Versa. When I did so, the only items displayed are the time, date and battery percentage charged. The heart rate, steps, # of stairs, minutes active are all blank. I restarted the Versa again but got the same results (nothing).
I can see the results on the Fitbit app on my phone but the actual device is not showing results. Has this happened to anyone else?

@rush66210 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not tracking your stats. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
Please try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Please sync your Versa before this in order to avoid losing current data.
Finally, monitor your Versa for the next 48 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
