Versa suddenly stopped tracking walks

I’ve had my Versa for a few months and as of today it’s stopped tracking my walks. I did two walks today (to work and back) totalling 53 mins. The steps have counted but the walks haven’t logged and it says I’ve done no exercise today which is frustrating as I’m doing RED January. 
I know I can enter manually but I don’t know the exact start and finish times and tbh that’s the Versa’s job to do!

I have restarted but nothing has changed. Is this a problem with the watch or the app?

I found that most of my issues are usually after updates and I switch my versa off and back on again and also close down my phone app and reopen. This usually sorts the problems. Hope this helps.
