Versa suddenly stopped turning on and charging

Hi, i bought versa lite in singapore sprint on june , and suddenly this afternoon fitbit is dead. green light at the back is dead, cannot charge or restart ,also black screen. where in singapore or jakarta can i get it fixed , its supposed to be still in warranty period.

@sara1987 welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the charging and display issues that your Versa is experiencing, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they are taking care of your case via email. They will get back to you soon.
