I have only had my Versa for about 5 weeks. The first couple of weeks the swim app was pretty accurate. I swim in the same pool, the same amount of time every day. The last 2 weeks, it won't track the laps right; it only accounts for about half of them. Anyone else having this problem? The Fitbit customer service tells me their engineers are working to fix it. Very disappointing. I bought the Versa so I could track my swimming.

Let me help you with your swim detection. Some members have commented that touching the pool wall when doing your laps help the device better detect them. You can read how this feature works here.

All of a sudden yesterday, it tracked the laps right. I will see what happens the next few days. Thank you for your input.
