Versa swimming meters incorrect

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Versa was working OK on Tuesday and notifying me each time I swam 100 meters. Then on Wednesday this week, it started to vibrate at 50 meters! I've checked the App setting which is set as follows:

Show Cues = automatic

Cue Type = meters

Cue Every = 100 m

However, on the Versa watch, the cue is shown as 50m and I cannot change this! Any advise or help in getting this to work correctly will be greatly appreciated.

A warm welcome to the Community @DWhistle.

If you are seeing on your Dashboard that you have set this information to 100 meters, I recommend verifying that your tracker is syncing properly to maintain this information updated. Follow the instructions provided in the Why won't my Fitbit device sync? article. You can also try to restart your watch.

Let me know the outcome. Smiley Happy

@AlejandraFitbit

Thank you for the information you sent me.

The Fitbit was syncing correctly but for some reason wouldn't update, I also restarted it but still no joy!

I did manage to sort this by logging into the online account and changing the meters cue to the required distance. The Versa then updated itself and I can now change this via the App settings too.
