Hi, i had a perfectly functional Versa connected to my Iphone. I updated my Iphone to ios13.1.1 but realized afterwards that my Versa was not syncing anymore because of bluetooth issues.Tried turning both phone and watch off and turning bluetooth on and off as well but nothing worked. Removed my Versa from the Bluetooth devices list and from Fitbit app to try to reset it from scratch but now I can’t install my Versa back on the Fitbit app because it can’t connect to Bluetooth saying it’s turned off even when it’s not. And the bluetooth list is not finding the Versa. Can someone help? Been using Fitbit for years and need a consistant tracking for medical reasons so would really love to solve this quickly please.

SOLUTION
solution found for reinstalling these Versa:
The crappy IOS update turned off the Bluetooth sharing in the app, go to settings—>fitbit app—> turn on bluetooth—> reinstall Versa
let’s hope it syncs now too

thanks but that only solves the notifications problem i can’t pair my Versa to my iphone anymore which is a whole different issue. i did try all that before unpairing it and it didn’t help either...notifications was pretty much the only thing working still before I unpaired it

I have tried these fixes and my Fitbit app still cannot sync, it just says no device found. Very frustrating 😢

I realised I also had my Fitbit synced to my iPad via Bluetooth, I turned the blue tooth off on my iPad then resynched with my iPhone and Bingo! Success!

I had similar issue but didn't try everything you did. someone posted a solution that worked for me - go to settings; scroll down to the fitbit app; and thee is a bluetooth setting that was not on in my in-app settings. i hope you can try and that helps.

Simple fix thankfully. Go to settings on your iPhone. Select Bluetooth. Under “my devices” select your versa. Then then on “system share notifications”
