I followed the instruction to install my versa and the device can not find the tracker... the bluetooth is on, but the tracker can not be found...
My versa did not sync for a week, and i have installed all the latest updates. I finally removed the versa from my account, to re-install it in the hope that it will work again... unfortunally it backfired and now i can’t do anything.... please help me

Yes my Phone is on the list... i googled my problem and found a solution. I reboothed my device. Off-on and iT syncd again. That’s how most machines work... thanks for your reply

I am going through the same problems.
My versa backfired with the same, now I can not install it as fitbit app in iPhone can't connect with it.
If you will find solution please post it !

Yes, after turning off the Versa tracker finally it synchronized with iPhone app with no problem.
For anyone I would suggest to do this at first when problems with synchronizing appear. If this won't work then to remove Versa tracker from iPhone app and install again.
